F-150?

I was riding down the road the other day an I saw a 97-03 Ford F-150 with F-250 badges. It had on the side and the rear. Is that the seven lug or just someone who put those badges on there or do they make an F-250 in that body style?

I believe that the F-250 had the same body style until the super duty came out in 2000. The F-150 7700 is very similar to if not exactly the same as the F-250 was pre 2000.
