Wondering if anyone knows why all of a sudden my dome lights and door ajar light would stay on. Actually, the dome lights all the time and the door ajar light when the key is on.
Where is the door jamb switch???????
Thanks!

The door switches are actually part of the hinge. Three solutions that I know of.
Replace the switches, I had this done and in 6 months the same thing was happening again. Spray them down with a cleaner, some say WD40, some say something other than that as it gums the switch and causes this to happen. Third, pull the switch out and disconnect it, it's actually behind the kick panel.
I've just been spraying mine down with the WD40 and the problem goes away, but be prepared for it to return. Mine worked fine for a whole year after the spraying, sure beat the dealer charging me for this. Seems to be a common complaint. Good Luck.
