I have replaced golwplugs, fuel filter, cam position sensor and golwplug rely. I got it to run for two days know its died it will crank over fast but no go,and vaule cover replaced that to.
I used just a little Starting fluid in the trubo and the started right up.
BAD!!!! I'd highly recommend not using ether on the PSD. You'll have more problems on your hand than just an engine not starting. I know it's so easy to use, use it all the time on our tractors; but the PSD, with glow plugs, is an engine where it shouldn't be used.
Never use ether on a glow plug-equipped engine. The use of ether can result in catastrophic damage.
That said, it sounds like your glow plugs still aren't working. To start with, you can use a multimeter to see if the relay is energizing, and passing current to the glow plugs. You can also use one lead of a set of jumper cables to supply power to the plugs by attaching from the battery to the post on the relay that is connected to the plugs.
temp were about 30 to 45 Truck seem to be running great right now the temp is 20 starting right up. be for the work was done on the truck was sitting in the yard about 3weeks I think the fuel jelled up not sure if that was it.
when you put the key in and the wait to start light comes on look at your ameter. If if takes a hit your glow plugs are working if the meter doesn't move then the glow plugs or the relay is not working.

I don't know if that is true, might be for some trucks and not others. I don't notice any movement at all on my gauge, but when I wait, I can hear the glow plugs click out. It might vary between trucks.
I agree that starting fluid is a bad idea. if you must use it spray it in after you cycle the glow plugs. here are some things to try:
1. clean out your air filter
2. plug in the block heater
3. try some diesel antigel( i like diesel 911 comes in a white bottle about $5) let it work for a few hours!!! put about one tablespoon in the fuel filter!!
4. test your glow plugs
5. open the yellow lever on the fuel filer housing to remove any water
