did my compression test :(
finally did a compression test, and it pretty much summed up all the problems im having with my 302 right now:
-Burning oil, high gas comsumption, oil and smoke pouring out of the oil fill cap and into the air filter.
Heres my compression results:
cylinder #1: 149
2: 150
3: 135
4:134
5: 125
6:125
7: 2...yea, its a 2
8: 130 lbs.
so im guessin ive got myself a blown piston. Im doing a leak down test tommorow though. By the way its a 81 f-100 2x4 with a 302 shortbox stepside.
