Looking for "Stainless Side Window Trim" for my dad, on a 56 'F-100

Truck People,

I posted on this forum last October and received some good information and I hoping for the same this time around. I'm posting on behalf of my father who doesn't do the internet. He is looking for the stainless side window trim that goes around the window & vent on a '56 Ford. He tells me most trucks don't have this or have long since lost it. And that it used to be available as a reproduction. He found it listed in the catalog at MidFifty.com, link below, but when contacted they don't actually carry it any more.

https://midfifty.com/item.php?INV_ID...de-window-trim

If anyone has this part or knows where it can be obtained, he's willing to buy original or reproduction. And though he only needs one side (I think he said passenger), he understands if he needs to buy both sides. Any tips would be appreciated.

thanks in advance,

rick

Yep, no one has any. I hear that the guy who made them for Dennis carpenter retired and they won’t ever be available again. I think I
have a set but not cheap.

Thanks Kevin, I've passed the information on to my father (Allen) and I'm sure he'll contact you.
