2000 Expy XLT Hub Covers....
Looking for some info on a list of things...
How do you...
get the Hubs covers to stop making noise
Getting loose and becoming a 65 MPH Frizbee
Get Cheep replacments....or somewhat cheep

If you are referring to the center caps of the rims, here's a couple of thoughts:
Try removing them and slightly bending the tabs to make them fit tighter to the wheel.
Check e-bay for replacements. That's where I usually find everything I need.
