Front Suspension Lift
1. I want to run 31x10.50 tires on 9" wide 15" rims. I am concerned that they will rub the front fenders, as there is only 3" from the top of my current 235/75R15s to the wheel well.
2. I am trying to determine whether the front springs are sagging. How many inches is a stock front spindle to center of wheel well (unless there is a better way to measure). Does anyone have a non sagging 460 supercab f150 they would be willing to measure?
3. If the front springs are not sagging, does a 2" spring leveling kit generally require the ibeams to be bent to get the camber back to spec or is 2" not enough to affect the suspension symmetry? Unless there is a leveling kit that comes with something else to put camber back. I have seen some of these level kits but none of them say anything about alignment changes on our trucks.
4. Has anyone ever used a leveling kit on a SuperCab with a 460? All the leveling kits I've seen seem to be universal to all motors.
Thanks!
215/75R 15 = 28 X 8.50 X 15
215/85R 15 = 29 X 8.50 X 15
225/75R 15 = 28 X 9 X 15
235/75R 15 = 29 X 9 X 15
325/60R 15 = 31 X 12.50 X 15
You should be able to run a 31" with no problem. If you got 29" tires thats only 14.5" from the center of the hub to the outer edge of the tire.measure from the center of the hub to the fender in a Vertical line and then minus 2" or so then double it then you got your max tire diameter. i got 31's on my 4x4 lowboy and i got enough room for almost 35's but on a 2wd i would say 31's should fit easy.

I am having trouble finding one.
Did any of the 4wd trucks from this generation use coil springs? Are they the same coils as the 2wd?
Thanks!
