i just bought a 85 f-250 i need to change the rear axle seals, does anyone know how hard they are to do
and when you put it in 4wheel you can hear and feel a vibration on the floorboards any idea

Hi,
I suppose that you have an 10.25 full floater rear, right?
It's not realy hard to change the seal on that axle:
1.unscrew the Wheel
2.unsrew the 8 bolts which are holding the driveshaft and pull them, out
3. using a hub wrench to remove the hub nuts and pull of the hub.
4. remove the hubseal and install a new one. Be careful.
5. reinstall all parts.
