PSOM Calibration???

I was wondering how many of you guys have reprogrammed the speedometer to accomodate for the larger size tires you are running. I reprogrammed my psom to 859 is that correct I am running 33z12-50R15's? Will this yield me actual speed going down the highway and also account for true odometer and trip mileage also?

I haven't reprogrammed mine but did check on it in the factory manual. It will correct speedo and all odo's as well as output to computer and cruise.
