Question

Dorman connector

My husband is changing the engine in my Explorer, he came in last night saying that he doesn't know how to disconnect the dorman connector. Now does he need a special tool for it because that is all that is left before he can lift that engine out and put it in mine.

It is something to do with the fuel lines, sorry that is all I know

Yes, there is a special tool for disconnecting fuel lines. Any self-respecting parts store (even Autozone) should have it, and it isn't very expensive.
