i have a 98 eddie bauer expo ,i changed the spark plugs,pcv valve but im still getting rough ride ,my check engine light came on,the engine is very shaky,i checked trouble codes,i came out with po306 cylinder no.6 misfire detected.any advice on what the problem might be would be greatly appreciated.

Since you just changed the plugs why don't you make sure the COP is fully seated and the wire isn't loose or frayed. The COP may be cracked, too.
They're fairly cheap. You can always buy one and swap it out to see if it eliminates the CE light & rough running.
Interesting.. I had the same symptoms yesterday and changed fuel filter, cleaned MAF and throttle body to no avail. Brought to dealer and it's the Coil pack and #2 cylinder plug...$350.00
I would replace the #6 coil (this is the second one back from the front on the drivers side), luckily the #6 is one of the easiest and should only take about 10 minutes to swap out. The coils are about $60 at any auto parts store. I would try to fix it yourself as dealers seem to bereal proud of their work when it comes to replacing coils.
