1978 F-150 C4 shift problem
I've got a 1978 F-150 2X4 with a 302 and a C4. Lately it will not automatically shift into 1st gear by itself. I need to manually pull it into 1st; and then sometimes I need to gas it to get it to shift as well. Is this a valve body problem? I also have low pressure at cold start up. It won't engage the gears until it warms up for a while. Thanks!
