shoulder harness seatbelts

I have a 72 F-250 custom with green interior, and my mom is making me put shoulder harness seatbelts in it. I have been looking on the internet for some green seatbelts, and I cant find any in green besides at a mustang website. Do you guys think that a seatbelt kit for the rear seat of a early mustang will work? On the website they have a shoulder harness kit for the rear seat. If that wont work do you know where I could find a shoulder harness kit that will match my interior?

Do you have a junkyard near you that will let you walk thru the yard? Sometimes its good to just sort of browse and see what you can find that might work. Someone posted pics of a ford truck 73-79 style 3-pt belt, but the retracting mechanism mounts high and looks a little out of place (my opinion). I've heard the 73-? Dodge truck 3-point belts will work, the retractor mechanism mounts on the floor.

As far as color, can you pick other complimentary colors? My two tone truck is light green and beige. The seat and belts are green, but I also have biege (interior sheet metal) and black (floor mat) in there too. maybe one or two other colors would expand your options?

Just some ideas, hope this helps.

My truck is two tone green so I was going to try to find something to match, but if i cant I will use black. I have a junkyard near by, weve been using it to get disk brakes off a 73 for my dad's 71 F-250. Im going there soon to fing a winsheild and radio antenna for my 72. Thanks for the info on dodge trucks, that will give me a bit more color options maybe..

Andover Auto

Almost any color you want, they have several greens (I checked), and I have bought from them and are happy with the product and service.

I decided on 3 point/shoulder non-retractables for safety.

Try this site as well...

I bought a set from these guys, but I have not installed them yet. They look real nice. I just need to tap the holes on the pillars to install them.
