Strange beeping

Ive already completed changing the light bulbs in instrument cluster after i put everything back togther there is a strange beeping coming from the passenger side around the kick panel. It beeps 4 or 5 times at one time for about 5 times . What is it?

I think I've heard of this one before on here. I think it had to do with the airbags. Not 100% on that. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 10-15 min. and see if it still beeps?
