FX4 04 Screw
My '04 F-150 FX4 has done this also since day one. It is a lot worse than my two previous F-150's ('98 & '01 XLT OFF-Road 4X4's). I realize certain days and differing humidities will contribute to this, but I can park outside sometimes for less than 15-30 minutes after driving the vehicle, and the windshield and side glass will be all fogged up. It will slowly clear off with the defrost, heat, and fan on high, but this seems way too excessive - Of course the dealer says this is 'norrmal' , just like many other issues I have had. Maybe a tech. will respond with an answer.
Condensation on the inside of your windows probably is beyond your Dealer's control.
The amount of condensation is dependent on temperature differential, humidity, and airflow. The airflow is a product of how well your truck is sealed, and your F-150 is well sealed. You can crack open windows to unseal it, but then will probably get rain and snow inside your truck.
My 2004 Screw was leaking water under my dash after a rain, when I first got it and there was dirt or debris (the delaership said) somewhere under the hood for the air intake. Anyway they fixed it so far so good except for the vibe.
