What is your problem? The lights blink too fast with a trailer hooked up? If this is what's wrong, then all you need is a heavy duty flasher.

The blinkers seem to blink rapidly all the time with or w/out tralier. Also, there is no left blinker signal at the 7 way plug in the bumper. Blinkers on truck work.

Ok. So I fixed it. Fuse that works the left blinker on the trailer harness was blown. The fuse is in the power distribution box under the hood. Next was the non-working parks. Corroded contact on the trailer side plug. Oh, yeah. No ground wire to the trailer frame and a brand new ballmount with lots of paint. Fixed all that and now all works well. While i was in there I ran a 12 volt wire back to the battery on the dump trailer. Did not hook up though because I hear you should put some sort of regulator or something in there to keep from frying the battery. Thanks guys.

I am assuming your dump trailer has a battery on it already. The power wire you ran would be for charging it when you are plugged in. You could install an isolator in the line to charge the trailer battery.
