I finaly got someone who was able to hook up a computer to my engine. Only code that came up was Throttle Position Sensor "Low" I'm not too sure what that means but I think I need to replace the TPS. Nothing else showed up and we ran the diagnostic test three time. I still get about 10 MPG. Any suggestions? I recently replaced the O2 Sensor so I know that is good.
PS The truck runs fine except when cold. I know I have at least one bad lifter. No time to fix it as I drive it everyday and it's all I have.

just replaced my tps today what a difference truck diddnt like to run when cold had to wait for it to warm up or it would fall on its face and was always overcompensating for a dead spot that had me believing was a warn out clutch

What was the code? Was it a KOEO, continuos memory (CM), or KOER (if this doesn't mean anything to you, review Ken00's pulling codes link in the tech info post)? While a badf TPS can cause a TPS code, there are other posibilities as well. "Before I replaced the TPS, I would go over the circuit (use a wiring diagram) to make sure there weren'tany bad connections, then test the TPS ( a basic potentiometer).
