relocating transfer case shifter
I'm putting a B&M shifter in my 79 f150 4x4. trying to decide how to proceed. I think I would like to relocate the transfercase shifter so I could put the B&M in a comfortable spot. Has anyone cone this and if so how? I was wondering if it's possible to flip the arm around on the shaft where it mounts to the trans. It looks as though it would come up on the flat of the floor right beside the tunnel. What do you think?

I mounted the B&M beside the stock location of the transfer case shifter, I angled over the Megashifter and it provides a comfortable position to reach for. I can send a pic if you e-mail me.
