brake upgrade

any suggestions for a reasonable [front] drum to disc-brake upgrade for a 1970 f100?

73 and up Ford F100/150 is a bolt in.

brake upgrade

so you're saying it's just a matter of simply slapping them on from a later 70s model? the kingpin is the same size and everything???

I think that the 73 model year have the same king pin size but you can also swap the complete I-beams from the 74 and up. Some thing to think about if you don`t already have power steering is to swap that in at the same time from the same donor vehicle as most of the newer trucks had the p/s.
