Need help quick

I am trying to remove the guage cluster in my truck to clean behind the glass/plastic. I got the radio out, the trim around the radio off, the lower panel loose and the top panel loose. I can not figure out how to get the top panel out from behind the steering wheel. The lower black part on the bottom of the gauges is hung up on the steering wheel. Also, how do I go about getting the glass off to clean behind it?

It is a 96 B2300

Thanks for any help.

It's a VERY snug fit. You just have to ease it out. The clear plastic lens ('glass' as you called it) is attached to the cluster with screws.
