Pushrod/Guideplate Clearance

Have a quick question for those of you who are using roller rockers. I have just finished and fired up my "new" 466 and have some questions about how noisy roller rockers/hardened pushrods/guideplates are supposed to be. Right now I have the rockers adjusted as I have been told (zero lash 1/2 turn) but I have a little noise still coming from the upper valve train. Is this normal? One thing I have noticed and measured is .016" clearance between the pushrods and guideplates. This allows the rocker to move slighty side to side so I think my noise is coming from the play in the rocker and possibly the pushrods hitting the guideplates. I have never had an engine with this setup so this maybe all normal but I would just like to make sure. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
