Lowering a 1985 p/u

Hello! This is my first time in this section! Got a question for you. Need help lowering 1985 pickup by 1". What is the best route?
If I cut front springs, how much should be cut, and how much will this affect the cambers? I would like to avoid the dropped I-beam route.

Lowering a 1985 p/u

Cutting the springs probably would be the best way, and the cheapest too.

How much to cut? You will have to experiment.

Will it affect camber? Yes, but if you stick with 1 inch, the frontend shop should be able to adjust for that.

grrr...

if you want something low then buy a car instead...trucks are meant to be higher up

Ummm...not when a vintage 50's hotrod is sitting on top of that frame...would look kinda silly! 4x4 hotrod??? Dont think so!
