freeze plugs

freeze plugs
just got my truck running again last night i thought that i got allthe water out of it but i guess i didnt. went out this morning and the back 2 freeze plugs under the heads on both sides where popped out. how hard is it to put them in with the engine still in the truck. btw it is an 84 f150 351w

They have to be replaced.
The job would be easier ona Hoist but not impossible.
You need some gasket cement and a socket that that just fits inside it.
With a hammer just like intalling a small bearing or seal.
