2004 explorer acceleration

2004 explorer, sometimes when I apply the brake, the engine starts reving up like im accelerating. It is almost like the transmission is not reconizing that I am coming to a complete stop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

take it back to get it fixed under warranty. i think there is a recall where they reflash the computer to fix this
