Transmission Oil
I have 2004 F250 w/6.0, 5 speed auto.
I understand that the transmission needs MerconSP oil in the transmission.
I am getting close to the 30,000 mile trans oil change and I would like to know if that is the correct oil or is their another oil I can use or should use in the transmission?

Mercon SP is the only oil you can use in your TorqShift transmission. As far as I've seen, it's only available as Motorcraft brand. The price on it from the dealer isn't too bad, but when I came in and asked for 2 cases, they had to order it for me.
