I took the wiper fluid/coolant reservoir bottle off a couple weeks ago to clean out the coolant side. It was coated in rust and you couldn't see the coolant level. Anyway, to take it off I had to remove the wiper fluid hose from where it attaches to the bottom of the bottle. The hose is a hard plastic line but it connects to the bottle with rubber connector that has a 90 degree bend in it. This rubber connector has become hard and stretched and will no longer seal and stay connected to the wiper bottle. I even cleaned it real good and put silicone on the plastic part that juts out of the wiper bottle and let it dry for 2 days before putting fluid in there. I fill it with fluid and when I squirt wiper fluid onto the windshield the hose pops off and leaks all the fluid out. The local Ford dealer doesn't show this part. Anyone know what it is called, part number, or where I can fine one? I can't even find a hose clamp small enough to help.
you might also want to try mustang parts suppliers because many of times the mustang and ford truck parts are compatible...but you prolly already knew that
