Need Serious Help
Hi All New Here,
I have a 2004 Sport Trac Adrenalin Package. Bought the vehicle in July 2004. The vehicle has been back to a dealer 13 times for a total of 35 days in the shop, all with the same problem. Check engine light keeps coming on, registering a mass gas vapor leak. They have replaced every part associated with the system and even flew in an engineer from Virginia to diagnose the problem. Thought they had it fixed and bang the check engine light comes on again. I am lost and I think the mechanics are too, I love the vehicle, and I know the mechanics want it to get fixed. Any help out there would be appreciated. Please advise.

Lemon Law,
That is another story. Upon doing research, here is what I have found out regarding the Lemon Law. First let me say that I am in the Military. My home state is Florida, where the truck is registered. However, I bought the vehicle in Maryland, where I am stationed currently. Maryland Lemon law states that the vehicle must be registered in Maryland. OK, so much for that. So I look up Florida Lemon Law. Florida Lemon Law states, the vehicle must have been purchased from a dealer in Florida. OK, So, much for the state of Florida. So that is where I am at right now
