door sensor
hey all, this is my first time to ask a question here but i have done alot of reading and understanding of what all we go through on these beasts, like the #4 spark plug on a 5.4 (hehe) as i've been there done that

anyways my question is where would i find the driver side door sensor on a '98 expy E/B . i have looked and dont seem to lookin in the right spot.
everytime you open the driver side door now the door open light will stay lite for about 20-30 seconds as well as the interior lights and is driving me crazy when you are driving down the road and all the lights are on including the running-board lights.
my guess now is its either on the door latch "inside door shell" or it is behind the kick panel. "boy they sure dont make things simple anymore like my mach1 that i restored last year"
between this site and vintage/mustang i have got alot of stuff done on my fords. thanks to all who may give me some information and help me out again
