Computer location
i have a 94 f-150 xlt that was made in canada can anyone tell me where the ecm is? its not behind either kick panel or by brake booster. looked under dash all i found was airbag box and behind glove box was antilock brakes box.

The computer is in the firewall downstream of the brake booster. It's a little near where the pedals are but on the opposite side of the firewall. It's the box closest to the near fender. You will probably have to unscrew some of the screws for the plastic inner fender and pull it back a little. That way you'll have enough clearance to pull the ECM from it's socket.

thanks are you saying on the engine side of the firewall? on outer fender all i have is ign. module and on the brake booster i have the thing for the cruise control and below that is the curcit breaker box.
