Crossover steering conversion

I'm looking to know what it takes to convert a 78 f250 with six inches of lift to the crossover steering, I'm trying to eliminate the spacer between the knuckle and the steering arm. How hard is it/expensive, what parts would I need. Thanks

I've got under $200 into mine total. That's the kinpin arm, drop pitman arm, 2 feet of DOM, threaded tube bungs, and tie rod ends. It's pretty simple to set up. You may not need the drop pitman arm but on my truck (and I imagine yours will be the same) the crossmember interferes with the movement of the stock pitman arm.
