Problems with E4OD
I posted this a couple of days ago but did not really get any help this is my ladt disperate cry for help. Guys, I have a 1994 Ford F-350 7.3 4X4. I will give you the whole story with this tranny. I was driving down the highway at about 70 or 75 when I lost all the fluid from the tranny. I droped the tranny and took it to San Antonio to have it rebuilt. I got it back and it has never been right. I drove it for about a week just a couple of miles a days, It has been parked for over a year now. When I start it up a terriable noise comes from the tranny area. Until it engages in gear and the noise goes away. But if it is in park or neut. or the gear does not engage to noise is there. I have been reading all the posting about codes it seems that this may be my problem, but I did have the battery disconnect for over 2 weeks when I had it rebuilt. Also when I start it up I have to rev the engine up to get the tranny to engage into gear. When this happen I am getting transmission fluid leaking out. Any help would be helpful.
