Need help finding molding
Need Help Please!!
Trying to find chrome upper molding for passenger side front fender on 1982 F-150 XL, short wheel base, 2 WD. Tried to order from dealer - they can get the lower molding - that I also need, but said that the upper is discontinued.
I've tried searching several sites but no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I ordered a catalog and it looks like they have what you need.

You may want to try looking at local salvage yards. You might luck out and find an early 80s Ford pickup that has the molding that you are looking for. I've seen several older Ford pickups at the salvage yards around me that still have decent condition moldings on them. The bodies may be totally shot, but sometimes the moldings are still OK.
