On my 190 F350 my windsheild wipers used to turn on but when I'd try to shut them off they wouldn't so I'd have to get under the hood and unplug the wires. Now when its plugged in they won't even turn on. Do I have a bad switch? I'd like to get an opinion before I buy one. Also, are the switches hard to replace? Thanks.
switch was only 7$ around here. and it was the prob on mine. but i replaced the motor as well. i figured it was something i would need. were they kinda sluggish going up and down? and stopped at some points?
mine does the same thing, i figured its from the cold, cause during the whole summer i never have a problem, the cold season has freaquent temp changes making the metal contacts in the switch change size, the same thing happends to my horn. So i solved the horn problem by putting a train horn on it. (and since most of you guys are prolly curious) go to www.tirechanger.com and youll find the horns on there.
