stock 360 hp

Anyone know what the stock hp and torque ratings are for a 76 360?

umm i beleive stock its 214 or 215 somewhere around there but i couldnt tell you the torque

I believe tq. is about 345

That's what I was told when I inquired here a while back. That's what I thought too - that's alot of torque!!! In this era Ford got kind of stinky about publishing numbers but this is what everyone here says is correct.

Yes the horse is low at 175 but the FE is made to be a torque motor coming in at around anywhere from 315 to 340.

hi all just looking my books, 360 horsepower, 203@ 4000rpm , torque 330 @2000 i have one 361 truck engine rebuilding very soon for my f700, it has a 292 in now good motor but very slow up hill i am 8ton loader with my mustang skidsteer in the back bye from aussie hope the help you with your needs , got a lot more on that engineif you need it
