Probaly not. It was an option but it seems not very many of th e F150's got it. It is more common on the higher end models like the Navigator. If you do have it it should be under the passenger side dash on the A/C ducting under an access panel.

cabin air filter?

Can I tell just by looking for the Cabin Air Filter if I have one? OR, do I need to disassemble (sp?) to get to it. If so, what is the process, what does it look like, and any other good info would be appreciated.....

Look under the dash on the passenger side. If you have the filter, there will be an obround cover plate (as I recall, its about1" x 10"), held up by 7 or 8 hex head screws. Its VERY unlikely that you have a cabin filter.
