Low Compression #7
I have a 90 302 that is missing on Cyl #7 I have changed the Plugs, Wires, Cap, And iniector.It is better but still not right. So I just checked the Compression on that Cyl and it is 20psi It does not smoke or use oil So can I assume it is a valve and not a Ring problem.

It's hard to tell, but something isn't right...it should be burning oil between a 3000 mi change if the rings are that bad. I had bad compression in a cylinder and it would only puff smoke between a shift change (my buddy driving behind me commented on it) and i'd never have seen/noticed it. I used about 1/2 qt between changes. It was a damaged cylinder and not the valves.
