Time to sit back and pop from all the eats!

I went to my buddys and his wifes place and they had the following:

Turkey, sage stuffing, apple stuffing, mashed turnips, mashed potatos, gravy, rolls, cauliflour and beans.

My g/f (from the east coast of Canada in a place called New Brunswick) brought all the seafood:

Shrimp (cold), shrimp (in garlic butter) and a lobster tail for everyone

I made the ceasar salad

Lets see...

BBQ Beef brisket that melted in your mouth.
Home-made potato rolls.
Steamed sliced carrots.
Deviled eggs.
Seasoned "quorn" roast with real wild rice (myco-protein for vegetarians, I eat it too)
Cranberries.
Twice baked potatoes with cheese.
Green bean casserole.
Apple pie.
Pumpkin pie with whipped cream.
Assorted beverages.

...I ate WAY too much!

We had a departure from the traditional Xmas eve/Xmas day dinners this year. Xmas eve we had Prime Rib, roast potatoes (russet and purple) honey-glazed caorrots, rolls, and spinach salad. For Xmas dinner we had roast Duck, sweet potatoes, french bread, and fruit salad. No Tryptophan hangover from the turkey this year! -TD
