This is my third Christmas with the Bronc. Today I received a pair of grey real Australian sheepskin seat covers - exactly what I've been wanting! Now I have to figure out how to get the arm rests off and on. I've been wanting these covers for a very long time but never had the spare change for such a luxury item. They ain't cheap.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, you get the point -
and a trouble-free 2005 Bronco year!
Don't know about the '90 models, but I removed the arm rests from my '92 by unzipping the covers and loosening the the bolt with a large Allen wrench. I swapped the covers on mine because the driver's side cover was gross from being leaned on for 12 years. When I put the DS cover on the passenger's seat arm rest, the nasty spot was on the bottom and out of sight.

That's a good idea. Mine is not very dirty but it still would be like putting "new" covers on.
Guys if you want new covers made for the armrests, I may be able to talk my seamstress mother into making them. My driver's side one is pretty gross too and mom seems to think if she can take an old cover apart, she can build a pattern for a repalcement and sew them. Once the pattern is made, anyone with decent sewing knowledge should be able to construct a new cover from whatever fabric you want. Just a thought.
