swapping in 2.3L mustang engine
has anyone had any experience swapping a mustang engine for the 2.3L ranger one? have '88 ranger, 2.3L, 5 speed, and has cracked block. can only find 2.3L mustang engine, and wondering if anyone has any experiences with this situation and can offer any tips, hints, or advice.

swapping in 2.3L mustang engine
i have installed a mustang 2.3 engine in a ranger,you need to strip your engine down to the bare block and head,keeping all your brackets,mounts,check your oil pan and pick up tube,you may need to use your old one on the stang engine.good luck.....
