Talking Ford does the right thing

Since I bought my 03 Expy in Sept of 03 I've had nothing but problems with it. One dealership totally blew me off with the nibbling in the front end and the one I bought it at totally couldn't care. The zone service manager and his engineer tried everything and couldn't get rid of the nibbling. I must commend them for their professionalism and restoring my faith in Ford. They kept me advised of everything that was going on and they finally recommended replacing it. Ford replaced it with an 05, MSRP to MSPR. I just picked it up and its great. This is the way an Expy is suppose to handle and ride. Never had to go as far as the Dispute Settlement Board either. I would also like to thank Schultz Ford in NY for handling the swap. They went out of there way to make this happen smoothly, even though I didn't buy the original truck from them. I will definately be visiting them the next time I buy a vehicle.

Congratulations on your new '05. Good to hear they resolved the problem the right way.
