Gear Question
I was wanting to know if you can pull the ring gear out without haveing to set the backlash or anything else? I want to put a limited slip in my front end. I can do it if I don't have to set anything up but I don't want to blow my front end up either. Thanks.

I was going to replace my diff in my 99. talked to a few mechanic friends and they suggested that I not do it my self unless I learned how to set the ring and pinion properly. Never did it because of the possibilty of chew up my rear end.
