02 SuperCrew Lariat - Tortion Bars?
Does my F-150 have tortion bars? I assume that these allow you to raise the front of the truck up some, right? How much of an increase?
How do you do this? And is there an potential damage that can result of this?

Yes it is 4WD. I went ahead and made the adjustment to the Tortion bars. I pre-marked the bolts and made 3 turns on each one. With 3 turns, I thought I would get more than 1.0 inch. Does that sound right?

I'm not sure I went to a buddys shop a used an air wrench and just tightened em' up until the front leveled out, then measured and made them both even. One thing not to do though is to tighten them down all the way, it will ride like crap.
