Engine/Grill Cover to block cold
I am considering making a grill cover out of 1/4" playwood to place in front of the radiator. My question is at what temperature can it be outside before you run into danger of overheating. It seems like it can be zero degrees and 50 degrees in the same week around here and I don't want to be constantly taking it out and putting it back in. I would like to just leave it in until February or March and take it out for good.

Honestly, I do not know the answer to your question. But look at cabela's they have a system like the big rigs that will zip and un zip. You can adjust it as to the weather in a matter of seconds. Save yourself the headaches. Just my opinion
