Fish, the pitman arm angle will change but this is compensated for with a spacer bewtween where the draglink mates to the tie rod. Also need a tied rod end with a longer shaft. With a dropped axle the spindles end up closer to the hood than stock and so the spacer returns the angle of the draglink closer to the stock (level) position.
On some dropped axles the tie rod ends up between the frame and the springs instead of below the springs (stock position).
