It is amazing how we all have our viewpoint. No wonder dealers can't figure what to order. I TURN DOWN a F350 because it had cab clearance light (ok, it also had a few other items I didn't want/need).

Just out out of curiosity, why would you and mulelady order them?

Clearance Lights

Tall Paul.....I just think clearance lights are sexy looking ! They also might make me more visable to traffic...for safety . Since I always custom order my trucks, I don't have to turn one down for some accessory it does or doesn't have....at that kind of money, I hope to love every little detail.

polarbear,

Pulled into our company parking lot this morning and there was a brand-new, 2005 350 CC XLT PSD SB! Its going to one of our managers in Montana. (This really is the pregnant lady syndrome!) I did have to go out and start the truck and smell the new truck smells!

Too funny! I had a chance to swap in a White Lariat today and I took it. Still haven't seen one on the road yet- and I'm looking, believe me.

Just as a followup, that white F350 SB lasted 1 day. Got delivered last night, took a '04 Dodge Cummins QC LB in trade (same color). Now I know what I gotta go do...

Guess it might not be just East of the Cascades. Wait to order any from the factory until my order clears.

Too late- ordered a Arizona Beige and a Dark Stone Lariat. I told the plant to wait until yours is built. Actually, I appreciate the thread and the comments- I've only been doing this 30 years and am still somewhere on the learning curve. The secret is, customers typically have far more to offer than other dealers or even the manufacturer.
