F-150?

For some reason my temperature gauge will never move past the N on normal and that's even if I let the truck warm up fully, and the truck hasn't been putting alot of heat here lately, really sucks, the heater in these 92-96F-150s weak???

When is the last time the thermostat was replaced? Make sure the cooling system is full and that there is no air stuck in the system preventing circulation to the heater core. My heat works fine, so there is something a little off in your truck. How long does it take for the gauge to move up off of full cold? My truck runs just below the N, as well as my dad's truck, so I think the temperature is where it should be.

My 94 goes to the beginning part of the 'o' and the heat output in the cab is fantastic!
make sure your coolant is full. When was the last time you changed the thermostat, & flushed the system?

I get to the N, and my heater makes me sweat in minutes.
