Hey Guys,
I finally got sick and tired of the brake pull on my 99 F-250 regular cab Super Duty. I ordered my set of ART rotors and they are being machined and sent to me. I should have them about the middle of January. Do you think that this will stop the brake pull and the chewing up of my pads? I sure hope so. From the folks that are running ART rotors, let me hear some feedback...good and bad. Thanks, Nate.
I too would like some feedback on these rotors and the new pads that go with them. I've had braking problems with my '00 Excursion and have been checking the past threads here and on the Excursion board. There was some good discussions awhile back about folks swapping, but no follow up.
I'd like to here some feedback on the long term use of these new rotors and did they help with the very common brake wear and warping issues.
I have them, front and back and I absolutely love them, probably the best upgrade (except for the supercharger) I've done. They have been on my truck for about 20,000 miles so far and I have no fade, pulsation or pull. I periodically inspect the pads and rotors and they still look like they did the day I put them on. One nice thing about them is that they are plated so they don't corode like typical rotors. When I ordered mine they were actually cheaper than getting replacements from a Ford dealer. In my opinion they are the best rotor/pad combination for trucks like ours. Anybody that gets them should love them.
