Which Crank will work?

I need a new crank for my 302 out of a 79 f-150. I was thinking of getting one out of junk yard. Are all 302 cranks the same? What years should I look for. Will a 302 out of a car or van also work. How about an efi 302, will that work because there seem to be a lot more of them around here than carb 302s.

Darn, I wish you had a 351W. I need to replace the crank on mine before I can drive her again
