Rough Idle, but seems to run fine

I have a 94 Ranger, 3L, 5Spd that has a rough idle but it seems to run fine. My gas mileage is normal. I changed: plugs/wires/cap/rotor. I have also used STP fuel injector cleaner. Help my next stop is the dealer. please email me if you can help.
Thanks-

I had the same problem with my 93 1/2 ton
You might replace the o2 sensor, coolant temp sensor, check timing.

You can try cleaning the throttle body with a spray can of throttle plate cleaner which should be easily available locally to you.Follow the directions closely. Also,if you could remove the idle air bypass valve {will require the purchase of a new gasket for it}to clean this area as well while you're cleaning the throttle plates. Also check all the vacuum lines, connections, and accessories.Another possibility is a dirty EGR valve pintle that is not sealed shut while idling, this also requires removal and a gasket to clean.

Do a compression check. Tell us what the used plugs look like. They tell a very valuable story of engine conditions.
