Is SRW available
For the f450, f550, f650 is single rear wheels an option? If so what gear ratios are available? I would like to be able to tow a 16,000 lb fifth wheel but do not want a dually, nor do i want to go beyond a 4:10 gear ratio.

If you want to tow a fifth wheel that big, a SRW truck is a mistake. The pin weight will be at least 3200 lbs. You will also need something higher than a 4.10. My suggestion is to either rethink your ideas about a tow vehicle or settle for a much lighter fifth wheel. The good news is that technically you can tow that load with an F350. If you get an F350 dually PSD 4.30 gears (new option for 2005) the GCWR is 26K.

You can do a DRW to SRW conversion. Then, get 19.5" tires with a 5355lb. rating at SRW, or even 22.5" wheels and tires with a higher rating.
Some rural fire districts convert their duallys to limit flat tire issues with sticks and rocks jamming between the rear tires.
